when you find yourself bogged down by feelings of inadequacy, doubt or simply feeling down - take a step back, go find nature, and truly think bigger than yourself. you may just find that those feelings dissipate as a smile of self-empowerment graces your face.

hey dea that is so true and i"m finding these days that when things are not exactly the way you want them to be with people , adjust your attitude and emprace your opportunnity as a learning experience and enjoy your time with people and learn . Once you stop fighting the situation it seems so much more enjoyable.
